About the Role
This is a true HR Business Partner opportunity supporting two hospital sites across Ipswich and North Brisbane. Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide pragmatic, solutions-focused HR support across a broad generalist remit, with a strong emphasis on:
- End-to-end case management across clinical and non-clinical portfolios
- Partnering with and coaching senior leaders to manage risk and drive people outcomes
- Advising on performance, misconduct, grievances and sensitive matters
- Supporting organisational change initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, awards and policies
- Building leadership capability through coaching and guidance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience in a complex environment
