This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading tertiary education provider in Western Sydney, recognised for being forward-thinking, innovative, and passionate about making a difference. With a large number of projects underway, this division is undergoing significant change and is seeking three HR Project Support Officers to join the team and play a key role in supporting these initiatives.
  
Working within the Employee Experience team, your role will be to support end to end HR processes and various projects. Some of your key activities will include:

  • Prepare contracts, redundancy letters, and variations.
  • Manage HR inbox queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Support redeployment and placement processes across the workforce.
  • Provide responsive and accurate HR administration support to managers and staff.
  • Use systems such as Ascender and Microsoft 365 to deliver timely outcomes.
  
You will be an organised and proactive HR professional with strong administrative skills and the ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You bring:
  • HR administration or shared services background, with strong document preparation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal guidance.
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, EAs, and regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
