They now seek to appoint a HR Shared Services Team Leader to play a key role in the new structure.
We are seeking an experienced and people-centred HR Shared Services Team Leader to lead a newly formed team of People Operation Partners as part of a major People & Culture transformation. This role is central to transitioning the organisation from a decentralised business partnering model to a centralised, efficient, and high-quality HR service delivery function.
About You
- Strong background in HR shared services, HR operations, or service delivery models, ideally from a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience—ideally during restructure or change.
- Knowledge of HR systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Experience in standardised service environments with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- A calm, empathetic leadership style with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner would be an advantage.
