About the Role

A permanent opportunity exists for an experienced HR Systems and Analytics Advisor to join a friendly, high-performing wider HR team, and provide end-to-end HR reporting and analytics support, as well as generalist HR systems and data advisory support.

The role has two main focuses: Data reporting and analysis (HR metrics), and system implementation support on a national and international scale. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possesses strong HR metrics reporting and data collation skills, able to pull data using databases and HR systems paired with MS Office platforms. 

You will also possesses experience with HR system implementations, experienced in configurating and testing systems. 

It is imperative you possess strong communications skills, both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills, able to partner with multiple stakeholders and confidently present analytical insights. 

Proficiency in PowerBI and an advanced level of MS Excel and Visio. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems would be an advantage. 

You will also be available to attend occasional meetings across different time international zones.
