About the Role

In this full-time Business Partner role based in Richmond, this is genralist HR candiate, with expertise in ER/IR
  • Partner with leaders on performance, ER/IR, and complex case management
  • Deliver HR initiatives aligned to local and national priorities
  • Coach and uplift leadership capability across your portfolio
  • Lead culture and organisational development initiatives
  • Support workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Provide guidance on IR matters, including compliance and negotiations
About You

You’re a confident HR generalist with strong employee relations capability and a practical, solutions-focused approach. Ideally, you bring experience from healthcare, hospitals, or a similarly complex, regulated environment, and understand the nuances of supporting operational leaders. You build credibility quickly, provide clear and balanced advice, and are comfortable navigating complex ER matters while coaching leaders to achieve the right outcomes. 

  
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong experience managing complex cases and ER/IR matters
  • Human Resources (or business) qualifications
  • A good understanding of EBA interpretation and relevant legislation
  • Experience working in Healthcare (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skill
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement
