About the Company
This organisation is well regarded as an employer of choice, known for its supportive culture and well-structured HR function. With a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 from home), their North Sydney HQ is home to a collaborative and down-to-earth team.
About the Role
This short-term contract role (2–3 months) will see you driving key improvements and enhancements within their Dayforce HRIS platform. You’ll play a central role in optimising functionality across both the HR and Payroll modules – experience across both is essential.
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture and sitting within the broader leadership team, you’ll have the support of a capable HR and Payroll coordination team to assist with testing and implementation.
You’ll also play a key role in helping the payroll team prepare for the new financial year – including updates to pay rates and superannuation changes to ensure a smooth transition.
While this starts as a contract, there’s potential for it to become a permanent role for the right person.
About You
You’re a confident HRIS champion with hands-on Dayforce experience across both HR and Payroll modules. You’re solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders to drive systems improvements that make a real impact.
