About the Role
This short-term contract role (2–3 months) will see you driving key improvements and enhancements within their Dayforce HRIS platform. You’ll play a central role in optimising functionality across both the HR and Payroll modules – experience across both is essential.

Reporting into the Head of People & Culture and sitting within the broader leadership team, you’ll have the support of a capable HR and Payroll coordination team to assist with testing and implementation.

You’ll also play a key role in helping the payroll team prepare for the new financial year – including updates to pay rates and superannuation changes to ensure a smooth transition.
While this starts as a contract, there’s potential for it to become a permanent role for the right person.

About You
You’re a confident HRIS champion with hands-on Dayforce experience across both HR and Payroll modules. You’re solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders to drive systems improvements that make a real impact.

Must Haves to Apply:

  • Proven Dayforce experience – HR & Payroll modules essential
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Immediate availability
