About the role
This newly created HR Manager role will focus on Learning & Organisational Development while partnering with business leaders providing support on people and employee relations matters.  You will lead two direct reports and work closely with another HR Manager. 
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational support on people & culture initiatives.
  • Oversee training needs analysis, performance review calibration, leadership development, and professional development programs.
  • Lead L&D initiatives, including the planning and delivery of annual compliance training and key development sessions.
  • Drive the annual performance review process and use insights to shape future organisational goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to action plan engagement survey results.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and enterprise agreements.

About You
  • Proven HR business partnering experience gained from highly regulated environments such as public sector, NFP, health.
  • Strong background and interest in Learning & Organisation Development, performance frameworks and wellbeing with the proven track record of designing and delivering programs that align with business needs.
  • Knowledge of employee and industrial relations, including case management, EA interpretation, grievances, and dispute resolution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support senior leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with experience managing sensitive issues and delivering impactful projects.
