Drive real impact through strategic HR leadership. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with operational leaders to deliver strategic and practical HR support that drives performance, fosters employee engagement and aligns with broader business objectives.
You’ll be a trusted advisor who thrives on collaboration, embraces complexity and has a genuine passion for supporting people and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to site managers and business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with operational goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between operational leaders and the Group Human Resources Manager to ensure alignment of business and HR strategies.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and pragmatic advice on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and compliance.
  • Lead and support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job ads, shortlisting, interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
  • Support the roll-out of HR policies, procedures and change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving potential grievances and industrial relations issues proactively.
  • Coordinate employee inductions, probation reviews and ensure all employment documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality across all personnel records and HR systems.
  • Support the development of a positive, inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
  • A confident, calm and pragmatic approach to employee relations and performance matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
