  • Oversee quarterly engagement reporting and action planning

  • Guide and support a junior HR Coordinator while maintaining your own growth path
About You

  • Confidence and curiosity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and the ability to coach leaders through complex people matters
  • High EQ, resilience, and the ability to build trust with a diverse workforce
  • Passion for process improvement, cultural uplift, and genuine employee engagement
  • Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not essential
What’s on Offer?

  • Ongoing support from a seasoned, collaborative People & Culture Lead (no micromanagement here!)
  • Onsite role at modern HQ in Epping with free parking
  • National impact across VIC, NSW, QLD, and WA
  • Discount partnerships, novated lease arrangements, and strong internal development culture
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm working hours
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a values-led team that is committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and doing business the right way. If you're a passionate and driven HR professional ready to take the next step in your career — we'd love to hear from you!
