About the Company

A global player in the Resources sector, has a permanent opportunity for a HR Business Partner, to join their dynamic and fast-paced team, supporting a client group across the full life cycle, with a particular focus on Employee & Industrial relations, including supporting EA negotiations.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of Business Partnering, you will be part of highly supportive and collaborative team, bridging the gap between the senior leaders and employees, and providing support with complex ER issues, mediating disputes, and supporting EA negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with business leaders on ER and investigation matters to ensure positive outcomes and compliance.
  • Supporting corporate restructures and provide strategic HR guidance during periods of organisational change.
  • Supporting a business unit with a number of Enterprise Agreements, sitting alongside operational leaders at the bargaining table.
  • Conducting investigations, managing disputes, grievances and managing union relationships.

You will bring a natural zest and collaborative approach to what you do as a HR professional - a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced industrialised environment. 

The ideal candidate:
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering within large, complex and unionised organisations
  • Strong Employee Relations and investigations skills
  • The ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Industrialised experience with both white and blue collar workforces
  • Prior experience with negotiation of Enterprise Agreements
