We’re partnering with our client to find an experienced HR Coordinator to join their People Services team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support during a period of increased workload and major HR systems change.

Following the recent implementation of Oracle HRIS and SmartRecruiters, the team is experiencing a higher volume of employee and hiring‑related enquiries through a new ticketing system. This position will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate and high‑quality support to the business while maintaining established SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to HR and recruitment enquiries via the ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met
  • Provide end‑to‑end recruitment support, including requisitions, onboarding coordination and system assistance
  • Support hiring managers and candidates using SmartRecruiters
  • Assist employees and stakeholders with day‑to‑day queries in Oracle HRIS
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement as new systems and processes are embedded

About You
  • Experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Systems Administrator
  • Strong hands‑on experience with HR systems (Oracle and/or SmartRecruiters highly desirable)
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume, ticket‑based or case‑management environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong customer‑service mindset
  • Adaptable, proactive and confident working through change
  • Knowledge of Australian legislation and modern awards is highly regarded
