About the Company
This progressive global fund and asset manager has spent over two decades delivering sustainable infrastructure across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. With a growing Australian presence, the business develops and manages projects in energy transition, digital infrastructure, and community assets—creating long-term value for people, the planet, and investors. Headquartered in Singapore, the group employs 700+ professionals worldwide, including around 70 in Australia.

About the Role
As HR Manager, you’ll lead the Australian HR function, supporting a diverse and expanding portfolio spanning renewables, digital infrastructure, logistics, and real estate.

Reporting to the Head of HR in Singapore, you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle locally while ensuring alignment with global frameworks. Your remit will cover everything from talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management through to capability development, employee engagement, and compliance. You’ll also oversee outsourced payroll, remuneration frameworks, and manage the Office Manager and Receptionist to ensure smooth operations across the Sydney office and Melbourne hub.

About You
You’re a seasoned HR generalist (10+ years) who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments. Confident working autonomously, you combine hands-on delivery with strategic input and bring solid knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance.

Experience in renewables, infrastructure, logistics, or asset management will be valued, but above all, you’re pragmatic, adaptable, and motivated by purpose. Skilled at partnering with senior leaders, you build trust quickly and influence effectively at all levels.

Culture and Benefits
You’ll join a values-driven organisation where collaboration, innovation, and impact are central. Entrepreneurial and forward-looking, the team is focused on building cleaner, smarter, and more inclusive infrastructure.

On offer is a competitive package of up to $200,000 + super + STI, along with the opportunity to shape culture locally and grow with a global business making a tangible difference to the planet.
