Your Role
Work closely with the Site Manager, providing hands-on, day-to-day operational support across a broad range of generalist activities. Use your initiative to identify process improvements, ensuring that business and people plans are implemented and achieved.
Key Accountabilities:
- Build strong working relationships to enable the provision of commercial, proactive and pragmatic advice to stakeholders;
- Support the Site Manager in the development and implementation of the Site HR strategy;
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding;
- Provide comprehensive employee relations support and advice, coaching and partnering with leaders to arrive at optimum outcomes.
- Coach and motivate others, co creating people solutions in response to Site challenges, building ownership and engagement at all levels.
A well-rounded HR Generalist, your ability to build trust and partner with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic solutions will be key to success in this role.
Additionally, you will bring:
- Demonstrated success in HR Business Partnering/ HR Generalist positions within manufacturing environments;
- Solid knowledge in employee relations;
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a strong service focus, able to engage a diverse workforce.
