- Develop and implement a staff wellbeing and engagement strategy
- Review and update the Code of Conduct (draft already in place)
- Streamline and modernise grievance and complaints handling procedures
- Provide advice on WHS, employee relations, and psychosocial safety
- Deliver training to leaders on people management practices, particularly around ER and wellbeing
- Strong background in HR and workplace relations with a lens on psycho-social matters
- Experience working with NFPs or small organisations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement practical frameworks and policies
- A calm, measured, and positive approach with strong relationship building and problem solving skills
- Confidence in coaching and training leaders at all levels
