This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to take ownership of training across a fast-paced, operationally focused business.

You will play a key role in building workforce capability, designing and delivering practical learning solutions that enhance product knowledge, customer service and operational effectiveness across a national branch network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, translating technical information into engaging, real-world training that can be immediately applied on the job.

The Role

This position will see you owning the end-to-end learning lifecycle, from needs analysis through to design, delivery and evaluation.
You will work closely with operational leaders and subject matter experts to develop practical, engaging and accessible training programs, ensuring learning is aligned to real business needs and can be applied in a fast-paced, on-the-floor environment.

Key Focus Areas
  • Design and deliver product and technical training programs to build capability across frontline teams
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, practical and engaging learning content
  • Develop and maintain structured onboarding programs for new employees
  • Create blended learning solutions, including eLearning, video content, face-to-face training and job aids
  • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and training needs
  • Support and enhance sales capability, including product knowledge, customer engagement and solution selling
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate and facilitate supplier-led and external training programs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of learning programs, systems and processes
  • Support broader People & Culture initiatives, including engagement and compliance training
