An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced recruitment professional to lead recruitment and mobilisation activities across the organisation, with a particular focus on international talent attraction and mobilisation support.
   
About the Role
   
Reporting to the Group Manager – Human Resources, the Lead Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator will take ownership of recruitment and mobilisation strategies that support current and future workforce requirements across the business.
  
Working closely with operational leaders, HR Business Partners, external recruitment providers and migration specialists, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while coordinating visa sponsorship, international recruitment and employee mobilisation.
  
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading international recruitment and workforce mobilisation initiatives.
  • Developing talent pipelines to support future workforce requirements.
  • Partnering with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Managing relationships with overseas recruitment providers, migration agents and labour hire partners.
  • Coordinating visa sponsorship and migration processes in line with legislative requirements.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across designated business areas.
  • Supporting workforce planning, recruitment forecasting and annual recruitment plans.
  • Coordinating onboarding and mobilisation activities to ensure an exceptional employee experience.
  • Driving continuous improvement across recruitment and mobilisation processes.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator.

About You
   
You are an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, solving workforce challenges and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  
You will bring:
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a high-volume or operational environment.
  • Exposure to international recruitment, employee sponsorship or migration processes.
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment obligations and visa requirements.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with leaders, recruitment providers and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.
  • Experience coaching or supporting team members.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability.
  • Experience using recruitment systems, HRIS and applicant tracking systems.  
Experience within manufacturing, food production, logistics, agriculture or other operational industries will be highly regarded.
