This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in administering, supporting, and continuously improving HR systems and processes across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to optimise workflows, enhance data integrity, and deliver actionable insights through HR reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HR systems (e.g., HRIS UKG and other platforms).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with HR, IT, and vendors.
  • Implement process improvements, system upgrades, and workflow optimisations.
  • Ensure data integrity and produce accurate HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Support HR technology projects, including implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Document HR system processes, procedures, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on HR systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems and data, supporting employee experience initiatives.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR systems or HRIS administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HR system workflows, integrations, implementations, and upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical, numeracy, and reporting skills.
  • Skilled collaborator with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
