About the Role

This role will be responsible for:

  • Conducting a skills gap analysis across a key workforce segment.
  • Designing and implementing a capability framework that aligns with business needs and future workforce requirements.
  • Leading the learning design and delivery of tailored solutions that enhance organisational capability.
About You

To be successful, you will bring:
  • A strong background in instructional design, capability development, and learning delivery.
  • Insurance industry experience — essential for understanding the organisation's context and operational environment.
  • Proven expertise in conducting skills diagnostics, building capability frameworks, and delivering practical, learner-focused solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, consult and partner across all levels of the business.
