About The Role

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist responsible for developing and coordinating safety training and engagement initiatives at , supporting leaders and staff to strengthen safety culture and compliance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis, assessing diverse work environments, roles, and skills to identify gaps in safety training
  • Collaborate with departments such as People & Engagement, Operations, and Learning & Development to identify educational and engagement improvement opportunities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and refining programs for optimal impact.
  • Stay up-to-date on safety regulations and industry best practices, and share insights across the organisation
  • Designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning, and blended programs
  • Managing the annual training calendar and coordinating logistics with internal teams and external partners
About You
  • Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Canva)
  • Confidence managing LMS platforms and tracking learning outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to improve learning experiences
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in healthcare or a background in HSE is a bonus, but what matters most is your passion for creating meaningful, accessible learning that helps people grow and succeed
