About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring Learning Lead to design and deliver exceptional learning and leadership experiences that empower people to grow, lead and thrive.

Reporting to a highly supportive Head of L&OD, the Learning Lead will play a key part in building capability across a large, values-driven organisation, partnering with leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create learning programs that truly make a difference.

  • Strong knowledge and experience leading across the full L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation, is essential (a true L&D Generalist)
  • Experience in rolling out multiple programs in a highly regulated, compliance-focused organisation.
  • Being comfortable developing strategy and getting "being on the tools" is essential.
