About the role
This is a 3 month contract opportunity to provide dedicated LMS administration support on a part time basis. Working four days per week and reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, you will act as the key technical point of contact for the LMS, supporting both day to day administration and compliance reporting.
Key responsibilities include
  • Managing day to day LMS administration including permissions, audiences, and user management
  • Acting as first point of contact for LMS queries and troubleshooting system issues
  • Supporting compliance based training, tracking completion and producing reports
  • Extracting and analysing LMS data to support business and regulatory requirements
  • Partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth system usage and adoption
The role operates on a hybrid basis, with two days onsite each week.

About you
You are a confident and technically capable LMS Administrator who is comfortable working autonomously in a fast paced environment. You enjoy being the go to person for system expertise and take pride in keeping LMS processes accurate, reliable, and compliant.
You will bring
  • Strong experience in LMS systems administration
  • Essential hands on experience with Percipio
  • Proven ability to extract, analyse, and report on LMS data
  • Experience managing compliance related training and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when supporting stakeholders with system usage
