This leading insurance organisation is undergoing a significant learning systems transformation following a divestment and acquisition. With a strong focus on governance, compliance, and platform integration, the business is investing in expert capability to ensure the successful migration and ongoing operation of its learning ecosystem.

About the role
This contract opportunity will lead the end to end migration and transformation of the organisation’s Learning Management System. The role is project focused and highly technical, sitting at the intersection of L&D, IT, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include
  • Leading the migration of historical learning and user data from Cornerstone OnDemand to Percipio
  • Managing data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading processes
  • Overseeing LMS integration including SSO, MFA, and access controls across distributed locations
  • Designing, testing, and launching mandatory compliance learning aligned to insurance and financial services regulations
  • Partnering closely with IT, HR, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Supporting system governance, testing, sign off, and reporting requirements
This role requires strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently in a regulated environment.

About you
You are a senior learning systems or LMS project specialist with proven experience delivering complex LMS migrations or transformations. You bring a strong technical understanding of data structures, compliance requirements, and enterprise system integration.
You will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience leading LMS migrations or major LMS implementation programs
  • Strong data migration capability, including validation and reporting
  • Experience working with enterprise LMS platforms such as Cornerstone and Precipio
  • Strong understanding of regulated learning environments, ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Proven stakeholder and project management skills across HR, IT, and business functions
