An opportunity exists for an experienced Organisational Development leader to join a respected financial services organisation during a period of significant transformation and growth. Sitting at the centre of an evolving People & Culture function, this role has a clear mandate to lift organisational capability, strengthen leadership and embed effective ways of working enterprise‑wide.
Reporting to a high‑calibre, supportive Head of Organisational Development, you will shape and deliver the OD strategy while owning key initiatives across leadership, capability, talent and organisational effectiveness. This senior role will lead a small team and offers broad influence, suiting someone who enjoys working across strategy and hands‑on execution.

You will lead high‑impact priorities, including designing and delivering enterprise leadership capability uplift and supporting a multi‑year leadership agenda that defines how leaders operate and succeed. You will build scalable capability frameworks and embed contemporary digital and AI‑enabled learning approaches that elevate performance at scale. You will also contribute to strategic workforce planning, strengthen internal talent pipelines and build depth in critical roles. A major focus will be improving organisational effectiveness through clearer roles, sharper decision‑making and stronger accountability.

This role suits a commercially astute OD professional with strong technical capability and a pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach. You are comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver. You bring a proven track record of enterprise‑wide OD initiatives in complex, evolving environments, strong systems thinking and the ability to connect strategy, structure, culture and execution. You are highly credible with senior stakeholders, with the confidence and judgement to influence, challenge and guide thinking.
