As People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll report to the Head of People & Culture and support approximately 200–300 employees across multiple national sites. Your role will be integral in coaching leaders, managing complex employee relations matters, and shaping the people strategy during a period of significant organisational change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with business leaders to provide expert coaching and guidance on all things people management.
- Managing complex employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, disputes and performance issues.
- Collaborating with leaders to deliver tailored HR solutions that align with business priorities and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Supporting wider people initiatives including change management, succession planning, workforce planning, and engagement.
- Contributing to the refinement and implementation of policies and processes in line with business objectives and legislative requirements.
Once a month you will travel interstate for a few days.
About you
- You’re an experienced HR generalist, confident in managing ER issues in unionised, multi-site or service-based environments.
- You're known for your resilience, pragmatism and emotional intelligence—especially in challenging and fast-paced settings.
- You’re hands-on and solutions-focused, with a track record of coaching leaders and influencing positive outcomes.
- You’re a trusted partner who brings structure to ambiguity and balances commercial needs with care for people.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are essential.
