By designing and executing strategies that enable and strengthen workforce capability, leadership, and culture initiatives that align to organisational goals, you will be pivotol in the ongoing success of the organisation, whilst also having a meaningful impact.

About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer and leading a team of seven, your remit spans the breadth of organisational development, including:

  • Developing frameworks and programs across capability, leadership, performance, talent management, and engagement to ensure a future-ready workforce.
  • Driving strategies that prepare the organisation for AI and other emerging technologies by embedding adaptability and change readiness into everyday practice.
  • Providing data-driven evaluation to ensure OD initiatives deliver measurable impact on performance, maturity, and sustainability.
  • Leading culture programs that promote inclusion, adaptability, and resilience.
About You
Tertiary qualified, you are a contemporary Organisational Development professional with a proven track record in designing and embedding leadership, capability, and culture programs across large, complex organisations. You are experienced in aligning OD frameworks with HR systems and leading OD teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

A strategic thinker with a pragmatic, data-informed approach, you bring strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills and a passion for shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
