About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to support the implementation of OD initiatives that are endorsed by both the Executive team and the Board. Reporting to the Head of OD and working closely with the Psychosocial SME and leaders, you will bring the OD strategy to life through the delivery and embedding of practical, people-focused solutions that strengthen culture, capability, and wellbeing across ANSTO.

About You
Tertiary qualified, you are a hands-on OD practitioner who thrives in complex environments and knows how to turn strategy into action. With strong delivery experience in large, multidisciplinary organisations, you can flex your approach to suit a range of stakeholder needs – from PhD-level scientists and engineers to corporate teams and operational staff. You’re a confident communicator and collaborator who can work across all levels, from the frontline to the Executive Team.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
