Your Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in defining and driving business wide employee experience initiatives, enabling culture and capability to drive business success.  

Key focuses:
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, utilising your expertise to proactively coach, advise and influence;
  • Evolve existing culture, capability and performance programs, particularly relating to talent and leadership development, performance frameworks, succession planning and reward and recognition;    
  • Utilise data and analytics to continuously review, evaluate and enhance employee experience initiatives;
  • Lead and contribute to value add projects, aligned with business strategy.

You are agile, tenacious and thrive in an environment where you can take ownership and make an impact. Your proven organisational development (OD) experience will demonstrate your ability to deliver compelling and business focused solutions.
  
Additionally, you will have:  
  • Demonstrated success in design and delivery of strategic OD solutions within fast paced environments;
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate how OD and the broader People function add value; 
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to build credibility and influence at all levels;
  • A proven change leader, able to simplify, align stakeholders and drive successful delivery.
