Based onsite in Sydney CBD, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with the People & Culture function and play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy and employee confidence.
About the role
Reporting into the People & Culture team, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and validating payroll data within Deel, ensuring accuracy prior to processing by the third-party payroll provider
- Managing payroll inputs, changes, and reconciliations
- Supporting HR administration tasks including employment contracts, letters, variations, and documentation
- Onboarding new starters into systems and ensuring accurate employee records
- Responding to payroll and HR-related queries from employees
- Contributing to continuous improvement of payroll and admin processes
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a payroll role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confidence working with payroll systems (experience with Deel highly regarded)
- Comfort working in an environment where priorities can evolve
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach
