The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role partners across the organisation to provide hands-on HR support and advisory guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with leaders and employees to deliver people solutions that are practical, values-led and aligned to organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing advice on performance management, employee relations and policy interpretation
  • Supporting leaders with capability uplift, change initiatives and talent development
  • Contributing to key projects such as manager induction design and process improvement
  • Producing people metrics, insights and reporting to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with P&C peers to deliver consistent and impactful HR support
Skills & Experience To be successful, you will bring:
  • Experience in a generalist HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor role
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence to provide advice in a multi-award environment
  • The ability to balance operational delivery with project work
  • A values-driven approach with genuine care for people and community
