  • HRIS implementation with genuine end-to-end ownership
About the organisation
This established professional services firm is at an exciting point in its people and systems journey. With a clear ambition to modernise its People & Culture function, the business is preparing for its first-ever HRIS implementation. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to inclusion, this organisation is investing meaningfully in its people infrastructure to support future growth and better workforce insights.

About the role
This is a pivotal opportunity to step into a hands-on HR Systems role at the very start of a major HRIS transformation. You will play a key role in the implementation and ongoing ownership of a new cloud-based HRIS, acting as the internal subject matter expert from day one. Beyond go-live, you will focus on data integrity, reporting, WGEA submissions, and continuous optimisation, enabling the broader P&C team and leaders to confidently use people data to inform decisions. This role blends technical HRIS administration with a strong analytics and improvement mindset and will work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and external partners.

About you
You are an experienced HRIS or People Systems professional who has been through multiple system implementations end to end and understands what it takes to embed a system properly post go-live. You bring strong hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, data migration, and reporting, along with proven exposure to WGEA submissions and regulated environments. You are comfortable working with imperfect data, and bring a curious, solutions-focused mindset. HiBob experience is highly regarded, though experience with similar platforms will be considered. Most importantly, you are someone who wants to own a system, improve it continuously, and make a tangible impact on how an organisation uses people data.
