We’re seeking a strong case management practioner to join a fast-growing organisation undergoing a shift toward a more commercial, service-led people model.
About the Role
Reporting to the GM of People Services, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on case management, providing pragmatic advice to leaders, and working at pace without losing quality. You'll be:
- Managing complex ER casework including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Supporting leaders with practical advice, strong documentation, and clear next steps
- Leading or support workplace investigations and prepare defensible recommendations
- Interpreting legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and codes of conduct in a practical, commercial way
- Delivering timely, high-quality advisory support in line with service expectations and SLAs
- Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners to support aligned business portfolios
- Maintaining accurate case files and documentation
You’re calm, sensible, and confident handling complex ER matters. You’re comfortable operating as a neutral advisor and you know how to balance compliance, risk, and people outcomes. You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in ER case management
- Proven capability across performance management, conduct, and disciplinary processes
- Solid working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, get-stuck-in approach
