About the Organisation

We’re seeking a strong case management practioner to join a fast-growing organisation undergoing a shift toward a more commercial, service-led people model.

About the Role

Reporting to the GM of People Services, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on case management, providing pragmatic advice to leaders, and working at pace without losing quality. You'll be:
  • Managing complex ER casework including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Supporting leaders with practical advice, strong documentation, and clear next steps
  • Leading or support workplace investigations and prepare defensible recommendations
  • Interpreting legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and codes of conduct in a practical, commercial way
  • Delivering timely, high-quality advisory support in line with service expectations and SLAs
  • Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners to support aligned business portfolios
  • Maintaining accurate case files and documentation
About You

You’re calm, sensible, and confident handling complex ER matters. You’re comfortable operating as a neutral advisor and you know how to balance compliance, risk, and people outcomes. You’ll bring:
  • Strong experience in ER case management 
  • Proven capability across performance management, conduct, and disciplinary processes
  • Solid working knowledge of Australian employment legislation 
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, get-stuck-in approach
