The Role
As People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly and supporting a positive employee experience. You’ll provide practical, hands-on support that keeps employees and managers well supported, and ensures P&C processes are efficient and effective.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare employment contracts and support payroll administration
- Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
- Coordinate internal communications and support engagement initiatives
- Assist with policy updates, compliance, and process improvements
- Be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees for practical P&C guidance
You’re a highly capable P&C professional who thrives on variety and responsibility. You’re organised, approachable, and proactive, with the ability to make processes run smoothly and support a positive workplace culture. You will have:
- Proven experience in a People & Culture or HR generalist/advisory role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in influencing at all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a “get it done” attitude
- Genuine passion for supporting people and improving the employee experience
