We are partnering with a values-led organisation committed to driving positive social change. With a large national workforce and volunteer network, they deliver a broad range of services that support people across all life stages, including early childhood, youth, disability, aged care, and financial wellbeing.

We are looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner to join a values-driven team during a time of exciting transformation. As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to enhance leadership capability, support the full employment lifecycle, and drive strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide expert HR advice across workforce planning, IR/ER, performance, change, and talent development.
  • Coach leaders and develop capability to lead engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide projects such as enterprise bargaining, workforce planning and organisational design.
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Represent the organisation in commissions and tribunals where required.
  • Play a key role in developing and embedding people strategies that align with organisational priorities.
About You
  • You’re a trusted HR professional with experience in a true Business Partnering capacity.
  • You have solid ER/IR experience within complex and diverse workforces.
  • You enjoy coaching leaders and supporting high-performance cultures.
  • You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and confident navigating complex workplace matters.
  • You bring a strong human-centred approach and enjoy making a tangible impact through your work.
  • You’re values-aligned, resilient and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (post-grad HR qualifications highly regarded).
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
