The Role
We’re seeking an experienced P&C Business Partner to provide short-term coverage for a dedicated client group while the organisation reviews its longer-term structure.
You’ll partner closely with leaders to drive workforce planning, support change initiatives, and offer trusted ER/IR HR advice. Working with a collaborative and down-to-earth team, this role will suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference quickly.

Key Focus Areas

  • Partner with leaders to provide practical and solutions-focused HR support
  • Lead and contribute to workforce planning and transformation initiatives
  • Support change management and help teams navigate transitions effectively
  • Provide considered ER/IR guidance within a supportive environment
  • Maintain compliance and ensure reporting obligations are met
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide respectful, honest advice
About You
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role
  • Background in highly regulated sectors (health, community, or NFP) ideal
  • Sound understanding of EBAs and working across multiple industrial agreements
  • Skilled in workforce planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Confident communicator who can influence and support leaders
  • Comfortable working autonomously within a collaborative, values-led culture
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a National Police Check and International Police Check
