A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support a large multi‑site portfolio across South Australia. You’ll partner with around 10 sites and approximately 900 FTE, playing a key role in shaping culture, capability, and employee experience within a purpose‑driven national organisation in the health and care sector.

About the Role
In this hands‑on, relationship‑focused role, you’ll be the primary P&C contact for the region. Your days will be varied—coaching leaders, supporting engagement and culture, navigating complex ER matters, and driving change initiatives.

You will:
  • Lead P&C initiatives aligned to organisational strategy
  • Coach and develop leaders to build capability
  • Manage complex ER/IR matters with a pragmatic, human‑centred approach
  • Support and embed change across multiple sites
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders
  • Facilitate training and workshops
About You
