About the Role
In this hands‑on, relationship‑focused role, you’ll be the primary P&C contact for the region. Your days will be varied—coaching leaders, supporting engagement and culture, navigating complex ER matters, and driving change initiatives.
You will:
- Lead P&C initiatives aligned to organisational strategy
- Coach and develop leaders to build capability
- Manage complex ER/IR matters with a pragmatic, human‑centred approach
- Support and embed change across multiple sites
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders
- Facilitate training and workshops
