A well-established, multi-site heavy industrial business has a permanent opportunity for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join this successful national business and wider HR team.
About the Role
You will work closely with your stakeholder group and various centres of excellences to ensure strategic alignment. This role is a hands-on role, focusing on:
- Providing expert advice on ER matters, including investigations, to ensure compliance and positive outcomes.
- Supporting enterprise agreement negotiations, managing union relationships effectively.
- Supporting M&A activity, offering strategic guidance during periods of organisational change.
- Driving the implementation of P&C initiatives including Performance & Reward and Organisation Effectiveness.
- Drive high-impact people and change initiatives right down to front line operations.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in HR business partnering within a complex, large blue-collar organisation.
Possessing strong ER experience, including investigations, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive outcomes, will be critical.
This hands-on role requires the capability to coach leaders, as well as connecting effectively with employees working onsite.
Located in Eagle Farm + 1 day WFH. Competitive salary + bonus.
