The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced People Business Partner
who likes to keep busy in a broad generalist Reporting to the General Manager – People & Capability, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering people initiatives that support the broader business strategy. This role will also assist in workplace relations, and coaching and guiding Leaders in all aspects of people management
You’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to provide practical, commercial, and people-focused advice across all facets of HR.

As a trusted partner to the business, you will:
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand operational goals and align people strategies accordingly
- Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coach leaders on performance management, team development, and workforce planning
- Guide leaders on compliance with employment legislation and Award interpretation
- Support change management and culture-building activities across various business units
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems
We’re looking for someone who is positive and enjoys working in a hands on HR operational role. You can work in a agile fast paced environment where the focus change and you can adapt accordingly,
You come with::
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and Award frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial and positive mindset with a glass half full approach
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases
- Effective time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Health and Safety knowledge would be a bonus, but not essential
