The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and confident P&C Business Partner who enjoys variety, influence, and meaningful connection with their stakeholders.
Partnering with leaders across your dedicated group, you’ll play a key role in embedding strong People practices, lifting capability, and supporting leaders through ongoing change.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
- Lead with influence and impact Provide thoughtful, pragmatic People advice across performance, workforce planning, and capability uplift, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Coach, guide and build capability Support leaders through all stages of their leadership journey, offering guidance on performance, behaviour, change and people management.
- Drive HR projects and continuous improvement Play a role in HRIS implementation, process improvement, and embedding consistent, values-aligned People practices across the business.
- Manage ER/IR matters with confidence Provide expert advice on ER/IR issues, support investigations, assist with policy interpretation, and ensure compliance with legislation and internal frameworks.
- Shape culture and employee experience Champion organisational values, engagement initiatives, wellbeing, and programs that uplift leadership, connection, and performance outcomes.
You’re a confident, relationship-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and influencing through change. You’re commercially aware, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
You’ll bring:
- Solid HR generalist or HRBP experience across complex environments
- Strength in coaching leaders and building trusted relationships
- A confident and pragmatic approach to ER/IR
- Strong judgement, emotional intelligence and business acumen
- Ability to influence, challenge respectfully and navigate ambiguity
- Positive energy, professionalism and a collaborative mindset
