The Role
Working closely with the National People & Capability (P&C) Manager and the P&C Team, you will partner with key stakeholders across your portfolio, providing both strategic and tactical support AND proactively identifying opportunities to enhance people processes and analytics; to enable the effective delivery of the business and P&C strategy.
  
Key focuses are:

  • Build trusted working relationships to enable the provision of commercial, proactive and pragmatic advice to stakeholders;
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement operational initiatives that drive engagement and operational excellence;
  • Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations support and advice, coaching and partnering with leaders to arrive at optimum outcomes;
  • Lead the successful design and delivery of P&C continuous improvement projects relating to people processes and analytics creating efficiencies and enhancing ways of working.

  • Demonstrated success in P&C partnering across industrialised organisations;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a strong service focus, able to engage and influence;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
  • Experience in leading and delivering people systems and analytics projects at both the strategic and tactical levels;  
  • Collaborative, with a strong team focus;
  • A relevant Tertiary qualification.
