About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate People & Culture Coordinator or Junior HR Advisor ready to take the next step in their career! You’ll work closely with a supportive and inspiring Head of HR in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

No two days will be the same, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting senior leaders across the business. From managing people systems and reporting to delivering top-notch operational support, this broad and dynamic role offers plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, compliance training, and performance review cycles
  • Maintain accurate employee data across key platforms including Employment Hero, LMS, and Confluence
  • Prepare regular people reports, including headcount, turnover, compliance, and engagement metrics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all employee enquiries, providing timely and helpful support
About You
The successful candidate will have 3–4 years of HR experience and be comfortable working with large data sets. Ideally, you’re systems-savvy, with strong skills in pivot tables and formulas for data analysis. You’ll thrive in a collaborative culture where building rapport and trust quickly is essential.
