A well-established, multi-site industrial organisation with a strong national presence is seeking a driven HR Advisor to join its dynamic team.
  
About the Role
As the HR Advisor, you will provide day-to-day coaching and support to a diverse client group made up of blue and white-collar employees across multiple sites. You’ll be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters and play a key role in driving people initiatives and supporting the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations (ER) matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, enterprise agreements, awards, and employment legislation.
  • Coach and support line managers on performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Contribute to key HR projects, including the biannual engagement survey and follow-up action planning.
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure visible HR support across sites.
  
About You 
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain broader exposure in business partnering and industrial relations, while learning from a credible leader and mentor. It also offers a clear pathway into a future HR Business Partner position.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience in a complex, blue-collar unionised environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations, with experience managing performance issues, misconduct and disciplinary processes.
  • Confidence interpreting and applying enterprise agreements and relevant awards. 
  • A proactive mindset, strong relationship-building skills.
