About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step up into a true business partnering role and work closely with a seasoned HR Director on a range of strategic and operational initiatives including potential major projects on the horizon.
Supporting key operational client groups, you’ll partner with leaders across the full employee lifecycle, providing trusted advice across workforce planning, employee relations, and return-to-work programs. You’ll also play a key role in driving cultural initiatives with a particular focus on psychological safety.

About you
You’re a hands-on, pragmatic HR practitioner with experience supporting frontline or operational teams, ideally within a large-scale blue collar environment. You combine sound knowledge of Australian employment law with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Confident with data, systems, and communication, you take pride in delivering accurate work to enabling people to succeed.
This role will work on-site 5 days a week with leaders who value partnership and impact, while contributing to a business that is genuinely making a difference.
