Your Role
As People & Culture Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across the College, providing high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle to deliver practical, compliant and people-focused solutions that enable leaders and the College to succeed.
Key focuses include:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels;
- Provide expert advice relating to general people matters and employee and industrial relations, supporting leaders in working towards a proactive approach in this space;
- Work collaboratively across the People team, contributing positively and championing continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
An experienced HR professional, you are service oriented and motivated by truly adding value to your stakeholders and the organisation.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated success in People Partnering positions within industrialised environments;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build credibility and coach leaders at all levels;
- Expert knowledge in employee and industrial relations, capable in managing a range of matters
- including managing complex casework and providing advice on employment legislation, enterprise agreements and awards;
- Experience contributing to HR projects, policy development and process improvement initiatives.
