As People & Culture Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in this journey—overseeing the full suite of HR activities and implementing scalable systems and processes to support a growing and dispersed workforce.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this newly created role will partner with leaders across the organisation to manage HR operations, lead strategic projects, and drive initiatives that elevate the employee experience. From talent acquisition through to retention and leadership development, you'll ensure HR activities are aligned with the organisation’s growth and cultural aspirations.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition: Design and lead recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring an engaging onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Provide ER/IR advice and expertise, including award interpretation and WorkCover, with a proactive approach to employee safety and well-being.
  • Remuneration & Benefits: Undertake salary benchmarking and analysis, and support the development of competitive salary structures and short-term incentives, helping to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Create impactful reports that drive strategic decision-making, using insights from people data.
  • Leadership Development: Partner with business leaders to build leadership and team capabilities that support organisational growth.
Note: This role will have one direct report who leads on Learning & Development initiatives, and will require some regional travel.
