About the Company
This is a rare opportunity to join an Australian ASX Listed high-tech company that plays a crucial role in the advancement of clean energy. With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, the organisation operates at the forefront of its industry, contributing to projects with national significance. This is a unique chance to join a highly skilled and purpose-driven team working on some of the most exciting developments in advanced manufacturing and science.

About the Role
This is an end to end People and Culture role with real breadth – covering everything from workforce planning and employee engagement to performance, remuneration, and board reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you'll be both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, shaping people initiatives that support growth while rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
With around 50 employees in Australia – many of whom are highly technical and long-tenured – there's a strong focus on succession planning, knowledge transfer, and embedding modern people practices that enable scale. You'll also support the equity incentive scheme and contribute to remuneration governance, with the support of an experienced and collaborative CFO.
Recent priorities have included implementing Employment Hero to streamline internal processes, with strong adoption already underway. Looking ahead, the focus shifts to evolving incentive and engagement strategies, refining succession plans, and leading the next phase of the employee experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, values autonomy, and enjoys making a meaningful impact.

About You
You’re an experienced People and Culture professional with 5–10 years in a similar management role, ideally within a corporate or technically specialised environment. You enjoy working in a standalone capacity, taking full ownership of the employee experience and people strategy, and as a key advisor to your management colleagues. You have strong business acumen, are confident navigating complex employee relations matters, and understand how to tailor people initiatives to meet both strategic and operational needs.
You’re a clear communicator, a natural relationship-builder, and known for your integrity and discretion. Your knowledge of employment legislation is solid, and you’re comfortable using HRIS platforms and data to inform decision-making. Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain a national security clearance is essential.

About the Culture
You’ll be part of a high-calibre team that’s genuinely motivated by the work they do. The organisation is values-led and fosters a collaborative, inclusive environment where expertise is respected and every team member has a voice. While expectations are high, so is the level of support and trust – flexibility is offered, and success is shared.
