Your Role
Partner with leaders to provide business focused and operational human resources advice, enabling business success.  

Key focuses:

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand how People & Culture (P&C) can add value in supporting the business achieve its goals;
  • Contribute to and implement the P&C strategy, focus on enhancing existing people foundations relating to engagement, culture, policies and processes;
  • In partnership with leaders, manage any employee relations, work cover and RTW matters;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to lead and deliver on value-add projects.
About You
A motivated and experienced P&C professional, your ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver pragmatic people solutions, will be key to your success in this role.

Additionally, you will demonstrate:
  • Experience in providing comprehensive human resources advice relating to Awards and NES, building culture and engagement;
  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on, depending on business needs;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a high service and relationship focus;
  • Collaborative, with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build trust and engage a diverse audience with ease;
  • Drive for results, solutions-focused with a strong commercial lens.
