Our client is a leading facilities management provider offering a suite of hospitality services to clients in industries such as mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure. 
 
About the Role

Reporting to a National People & Culture Lead, this senior-level People & Culture Manager opportunity will be responsible for leading the local People & Culture team to deliver against strategic and operational goals to workforce of approximately 1000 employees. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Partnering with leaders across the business to embed effective HR solutions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Taking ownership of ER/IR case management including investigations, grievances, and performance management.
  • Providing expert guidance on the interpretation of industrial instruments and employment legislation.
  • Supporting with EA negotiations.
  • Champion cultural alignment, employee engagement, and leadership capability uplift across all levels.
About You
  • 8+ years' of Senior HR management experience within blue-collar, industrial, or complex environments, including at least 3-4 years leading a team.
  • Strong employee relations and industrial relations skills with the ability to resolve issues constructively and represent at FWC. EA negotiation experience is required.
  • Confidence in coaching, supporting, and influencing leaders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A genuinely collaborative and supportive leadership style - you lead by listening, encouraging, and bringing people along the journey with you.

Highly competitive salary package on offer, located in the Perth CBD + WFH flexibility. Quarterly travel required to their regional sites to engage with teams face-to-face is an important part of this role.
