About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, you will:
- Design intuitive dashboards, performance metrics and predictive models that support strategic planning and workforce optimisation.
- Provide expert insights using new tools.
- Drive a culture of data literacy and collaboration across the University.
- Translate complex data into compelling stories that influence real-world decisions.
The People & Culture Data & Reporting Analyst will contribute to projects, develop performance metrics, and ensure a high standard of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
- This position is classified as a HEW 8 - ~$128,700 to $134,550 (inclusive of 17% superannuation)
- Superannuation can be reduced to 12% for higher base salary
The ideal candidate:
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Data Analytics, Data Science and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources and extensive relevant experience
- Proven experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development
- Advanced skills in analytical and business intelligence tools (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL)
- Strong understanding of HR systems, data governance, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp attention to detail
