This next phase of the journey has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to play a central role in shaping the future of the People function.

About the Role
This is a newly created leadership opportunity within a growing organisation undergoing significant transformation and integration.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping and maturing the People function, driving initiatives that enhance capability, strengthen people practices and support organisational growth. Balancing strategic partnership with operational leadership, you'll help deliver a consistent and scalable people experience across the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and developing a high-performing HR team
  • Driving people initiatives that support business growth and transformation
  • Partnering with leaders on workforce, organisational and capability priorities
  • Strengthening people processes, frameworks and service delivery
  • Supporting organisational change and integration activities
  • Using people insights and data to inform decision-making
About You
This opportunity will suit an experienced HR leader who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level. You'll bring experience partnering with senior leaders in complex and evolving environments, along with the ability to drive change, build capability and influence outcomes across the business.
 
You'll bring:
  • Broad HR leadership experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting organisational growth, change or transformation
  • A track record of improving people practices, systems and processes
  • The ability to lead, coach and develop teams
  • A pragmatic, commercial and collaborative approach
