About the role 

The People Services Analyst is the first point of contact for the People & Culture team, responsible for managing HR queries and delivering smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support within a fast-paced, purpose-led organisation focused on improving outcomes for pets and the people who care for them. The role ensures systems, data and reporting are accurate, efficient and continuously improved through systems optimisation, reporting and AI-enabled ways of working. The team is collaborative, curious and improvement-focused, with a strong emphasis on using technology, data and AI to work smarter, within a great culture and pet-friendly office environment that values accountability, innovation and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating employee queries via shared inboxes and ticketing systems
  • Supporting end-to-end HR administration (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Maintaining HRIS data accuracy and system integrity
  • Producing workforce reports, dashboards and insights (Power BI)
  • Supporting compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)
  • Acting as HRIS SME for workflows, access and system usage
  • Supporting system upgrades, testing and optimisation
  • Identifying and driving process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Supporting employee experience and recognition programs
About you

You are a highly organised HR coordinator with strong systems and reporting capability and a genuine interest in AI and smarter ways of working.

You bring:
  • You bring a minimum of 2+ Years HR operations or coordination experience
  • Tertiary HR Qualification
  • Confident HRIS and systems capability
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience (dashboards, Excel, Power BI)
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • A passion for AI, automation and process improvement
